Personal training and online coaching built around your body, your goals, and your biology - not guesswork.

Closer to 40 than 30, a busy family man, dad to two kids and owner of a constantly hungry 11-year-old Labrador! When I’m not with my family, you’ll most likely find me in the gym, chasing progress and trying to beat my logbook session by session.
I’ve always loved training and sport, football and the NFL in particular and I also have a soft spot for cricket. Although I’ve always enjoyed the gym, my own health and fitness journey hasn’t been perfectly smooth. Like many people, I’ve had periods where “no time” or “too tired” became easy excuses. Learning how to work around real life rather than waiting for perfect conditions is what helped me become consistent and it’s something I now help others do.

I’m a people person and genuinely enjoy meeting new people. I like to keep training environments positive and approachable and I think I’ve got a good sense of humour, but I’ll let you be the judge of that. Music plays a big part in my sessions too and there’s a good chance you’ll catch me singing or moving along to whatever’s on in the gym.
Professionally, I’m a Personal Trainer at David Lloyd Bury St Edmunds and an Online Coach helping people get stronger, fitter and healthier without extremes or guesswork. My approach is built around training, nutrition, recovery and long-term consistency, not quick fixes or punishment workouts.

In the gym, I work with members who want to build confidence, improve strength and feel more capable in their bodies. Online, I coach people who want clear structure, accountability and a plan that fits around work, family and real life.
I also offer genetic testing, which can provide insight into how your body may respond to different styles of training, nutrition and recovery. I’m currently studying to deliver increasingly tailored training plans based on these results, with the aim of making coaching even more personalised and effective over time.

Above all, I love teaching and helping people realise they’re capable of more than they think. My goal is simple, sustainable progress, real confidence and habits that last.
